Furthermore, all customer data is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on server.

Karuna Healing intends to use Australia Post and/or other courier deliveries in Australia. All parcels will be delivered to the provided shipping address. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours, as in most cases, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected. Parcels will be dispatched once payment has been processed.
Deliveries are subject to Australia Post and other courier company operations and are subject to variations depending on seasonal adverse weather conditions. For any updates on your delivery, please email to info@KarunaHealing.com.au.
In case the client is based overseas and wants products to be delivered overseas, the cost of freight needs to be calculated based on the destination country and the weight. Users will have a chance to review all the filled information before submitting your order at the time of check-out. In case the item has to be shipped a second time because of incorrect address provided, the buyers will have to bear the additional shipping charge of AUD 25. For local Australian orders, Karuna Healing would need 3 to 5 working days for order processing and that the delivery time might also vary according to destinations.
You may cancel your order by informing us of this by e-mailing info@KarunaHealing.com.au any time up to 3 days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the invoice number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Representatives at the address above. Payment is automated through our Payment Gateway Solutions and for us to ensure a prompt refund, you will need to provide us with your credit card details or Bank transfer details via email at the address info@KarunaHealing.com.au.
We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs for non-faulty products.
karunahealing.com.au makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. We will email you a tracking number once the goods are dispatched via Australia post or courier.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is done at the discretion of karuahealing.com.au.
We do not refund if you change your mind or if you see same or similar products on different online shopping website at a cheaper price and we also don’t do price match .
