You may cancel your order by informing us of this by emailing any time up to 3 days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the invoice number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Representatives at the address above. Payment is automated through our Payment Gateway Solutions and for us to ensure a prompt refund, you will need to provide us with your credit card details or Bank transfer details via email us.
We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs for non-faulty products.
Ayurveda Wellbeing & Nutrition Centre makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. We will email you a tracking number once the goods are dispatched via Australia post or courier.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is done at the discretion of Ayurveda Wellbeing & Nutrition Centre.
We do not refund if you change your mind or if you see same or similar products on different online shopping website at a cheaper price and we also don’t do price match.
