Mind

Satva, Rajas and Tamas.

Sattva: is the essence of life to attain peace and spirituality. The satvic person always think positive, honest, loyal, open-minded, compassionate and has a feeling of gratitude.

Rajas: stands for activity and motion. A rajasic person has diversion to greed and material luxuries. They can easily get angry and frustrated.

Tamasic: It represent people who can be highly anxious, lethargic, lack of enthusiasm, dishonest, can have tendency to steal, fearful, willing to take revenge and do lots of tantrums to attract attention. Due to lack of capability to control their mind they are judgemental and form decisions on other person’s behaviour very fast which can lead to lot of mental issues like anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

The proper balance of a person is to attain Satva or peace, which can be achieved by taking ayurvedic herbs to create a balance in the mind and by following ayurvedic diet & lifestyle.

If you are suffering from mental illness, then we would like to help you to achieve optimum health and well-being through ayurvedic medicine.
